Featuring an all-new ensemble and thrilling band, Project Two Musi presents an evening of hits from the Motown songbook as well as the music of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons.

Project Two Music is a music ensemble that specializes in the performance of songs from rock Broadway musicals including Jersey Boys, Motown the Musical, and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. The group consists of twelve musicians and is directed by Dylan Ladd. Project Two has performed at a variety of venues including the historic Arcada Theater in St. Charles, IL, Del Webb Sun City (Huntley, IL), the McHenry County Fair, and on the main stage at the Huntley Fall Fest. They have also performed live on STAR 105.5 and at corporate events including Motorola Solutions.

In late 2007, seventh-grader Dylan Ladd went with his mom and grandparents to see his very first musical — Jersey Boys. As the show ended, instantly Dylan found a new love for theatre. After showing his friends the music from the show, they decided to sing “Sherry” for a local talent competition. From then on, they were hooked, and they created The Jersey Kids, an entirely student-run music group dedicated to the sound of Jersey Boys. After two years of rehearsing and performing around the northwest Chicago suburbs, they decided it was time to expand, and Project Two Music was born. As the name testifies, this new “project” was their second endeavor in the world of musical ensembles, adding repertoire and an expanded band.
